Wilma Edith Douglas, age 90 of Newport, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Douglas; parents, Charlie and Loretta Blackwell; son, Jimmy Ray Douglas; brothers, James, Eulas, Charles, Earl, and Sherman Blackwell; and sisters, Mary Sue Rhea and Aleta Matthews. She is survived by her son, Ralph (Linda) Douglas of Live Oaks, FL; daughter, Martha France; grandchildren, Mike France, Dale and Jason Douglas, Melinda (Brian) Webb, and Whitney Douglas; and great-grandchildren, Travis France, Taylor France, Cody and Casey Douglas, Wesley Douglas, Brian Webb, and Joshua Douglas. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm, Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Manes Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 7:00 pm on Thursday in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel.
