Andrew J. Erwin died at his home on South street Tuesday morning of cancer of the bowels. He was sixty-three years old. He leaves a wife and eight children all of whom are grown. Mr. Irwin was married twice, all the children being by his first wife.
The family moved here from Flora, Ill., seven years ago. Since then the father has been employed in the Whetsell shoe store as shoemaker.
Funeral services will be hel d at the residence Jan. 9 at 9 o'clock a.m. Interment at Bethany cemetery.
