HEREFORD — Billie Gerald "Doc" Holliday, 85, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, in Hereford.

Celebration of life services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Hereford Heritage Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Bobby Miller officiating. Burial will follow in West Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Hereford Heritage Funeral Home, 411 E. Sixth St. in Hereford.

Mr. Holliday was born Sept. 25, 1927, in Daingerfield to Loy and Tera Bell Mills Holliday. His priority was his only child, son Billy Loy Holliday.

Survivors include a son; a stepbrother, Stanley Brown of Round Rock; and two stepsisters, Mary Ann Barr of Killeen and Margie Barrington of Throckmorton.

The family suggests memorials be to Hereford Nursing and Rehab Center, 231 N. Kingwood St., Hereford, TX 79045.
