Mrs. Ellen Farenbaugh Native of Logansport, Dies in South Bend
WINAMAC - Mrs. Ella Farenbaugh, 92 of 626 N Scott St., South Bend, died at 6:10 pm Saturday at her home following an illness of four weeks.
Born Sept. 17, 1870 in Logansport, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thornton Burley. Her marriage was to Jacob Farenbaugh and he died Sept. 15, 1920.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. John Tebo, South Bend; Mrs Sherry Thomas, Elkhart and Mrs Dale Small, Portage, Ind.; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Fry and Lange funeral home in Winamac with Rev. Frederick Wintle officiating. Burial will be in the Star City IOOF cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home in Winamac after 10 a.m. Tuesday and at the Orvis funeral home in South Bend Monday evening.
