Funeral services are tenatively set for Wednesday, November 19, 1969 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of the Vision for Roy Evans Jones of 280 South 39th Street in Boulder, Colorado.

Roy died November 15th at the age of 43. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Jones of Salida.

The Rev. Keith Frederickson of the First Baptist Church of Salida will officiate at the services. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Salida.

Mr. Jones was born January 30, 1926 in Salida to Roy L. and Edith L. (Vaughn) Jones. He graduated from Salida High School in 1943, and was a graduate from Colorado University.

He was married to Thelma Eaton on October 18, 1946 in Salida.

Surviving are his parents, Roy and Edith Jones of Salida; his wife Thelma of Boulder; daughter Maureen Alber of Frankfort, Germany, Rebecca L and Deborah Jones of Boulder; a son Roger also of Boulder, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Mr. Jones had been a chemical engineer until the time of his death.
