Miss. Bazzle was a patient in the hospital during September and had been a patient at Smithland since October 7.
A daughter of Andy Bazzle and Mary Elizabeth Simmers Bazzle, she was born November 18, 1881 in the Melrose community.
She resided in the home of her nephew, Mr. and Mrs. Roy L. Bazzle for 15 years, and for the past two years had resided with her niece, Mrs. Berlin Zirk, of Harrisonburg.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Paul Loker, of Harrisonburg, and one brother, Ernest H. "Pete" Bazzle, of Harrisonburg.
A sister, Mrs. Cora Armentrout and two brothers, John and Luther A. Bazzle preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the chapel of the Lindsey Harrisonburg Funeral Home. The Rev. W.E. Wolfe, will conduct the services, assisted by the Rev. Raymond Shoemaker. Burial will be in Woodbine Cemetery.
The body now rests at the funeral home where relatives, friends and pallbearers are asked to meet Friday afternoon at 1:45. The members of the family will be at the funeral home this evening from 8-9 o'clock to receive friends.
