Angeline was born on September 6, 1931 to John and Katherine (Kociemba) Jonas in Avon, Minnesota. She married William J. Abeln on April 30, 1949 in St. Anna. Together they resided in Avon for most of their life and owned and operated Abeln Food Market for 40 years. She enjoyed cooking and baking. Homemade coffee cake and caramel rolls were her specialties. She also loved music. She spent 18 years playing the organ, accordion, and guitar as the Polish Snappers Band. She cherished her grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Angeline was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Rosie; brother, Archie.
