  Mrs. Fredicka Fiegenbaum, 74, widow of the late Fred A. Fiegenbaum, Edwardsville alderman for a number of years, died at the home of her brother, Louis Ashauer, one mile south of Marine Sunday morning at 1:30 o'clock. During the past year Mrs. Fiegenbaum gave up her home here and visited with relatives. She had been in ill health for about a year.
  Mrs. Fiegenbaum was born in the vicinity of Marine and was a member of an old family of the community. Her maiden name was Miss Fredericka Ashauer. She spent her younger life in Marine. About 30 years ago she was married to Mr. Fiegenbaum and came here to live.
  She is survived by one son, Charles Figge of Alhambra and five step-children. They are Mrs. Theodore Prott, Otto Fiegenbaum, Mrs. Bertha Sooy, Charles H. Fiegenbaum and Miss Carrie Fiegenbaum.
  Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the Ashauer residence to the Marine Evangelical Church. Burial will be made at Marine Cemetery.
