Zane Jakubowski
Last rites for Zane Jakubowski, 2-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jakubowski, of 48 Second Avenue, Whitehead Manor, who died yesterday in St. Francis Hospital, will be held Monday morning form the parents' home. Angel mass will be offered in St. Hedwig's Church at 9;30, and burial will be in the church cemetery, under the direction of M. Winowicz & Son.
Surviving besides the parents are two brothers, Richard and Eugene, and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Minich, Walter Jakubowski and Mrs. Mary Smith.
