Mrs. June Delores (McCandless) Bramblett, 90, of Dalton passed Monday October 29, 2012. June was born in Humphreys County, Tennessee on August 15, 1922. She was the daughter of the late Russell McCandless and Hattie Mullinicks McCandless. She was married to the late Marion B. Bramblett and was a longtime resident of Dalton and Chatsworth. She was a graduate of McEwan High School. June enjoyed several years as a bus driver, aide, and Boy Scout Leader at Friendship House and retired from Plant 1 of Shaw Industries. Mrs. Bramblett was preceded in death by two sons, Billy and Jamey Bramblett, brother, Clint McCandless, sister Mildred Smith, son-in-law John Freed and granddaughter, Java Poteet. She is survived by her siblings Marguerite Crowell, Frieda Blalock, and Harris Daniel McCandless and her children Faye and Joel Corn, Judy Freed, Marsha and Harold Babb, Cindy and Chris Boland, Bobby Bramblett and Bruce Bramblett, fourteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 3:30 P.M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home. Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.
