R.E. Haggy, 95, of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2008, at his home.

Mr. Haggy was born March 14, 1912, in Norman, Okla. He was a crane operator for BS&B Co. and was preceded in death by his wife, Frances L. Haggy; and one son, E.L. Haggy.

Survivors include two granddaughters, Quita Warden and Kim Dobbs of Texarkana; one great-grandchild, Cody Dobbs of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives.

Private graveside services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at East Memorial Gardens. Burial will be under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas.
