LIVINGSTON -- Funeral services for James Richard Moore, 69, of Livingston were held Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014, in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, with the Rev. C.W. "Bill" Campbell officiating. Interment followed in Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston. Military honors were provided by VFW Post 8568. Mr. Moore was born July 25, 1945 in Livingston, to parents J.D. Moore and Billie Maudine "Watson" Moore, and died Nov. 1, 2014 in Livingston. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Wilma Mullican Moore. He is survived by his son, Richard D. Moore of Livingston; daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly D. Rosser and John D. of Thicket; grandson, Ryan Rosser with Brooke of Dayton; grandson, Dylan Rosser of Thicket; granddaughter, Cheyenne Moore of Kingwood; grandson, Dustin Moore of Livingston; great-granddaughters, Betty and Bailey, both of Kingwood; sister and brother-in-law, Carol Hand and Kenneth of Livingston; brothers, Jack Moore and David Moore, both of Onalaska; numerous other relatives and friends. Pallbearers were Ryan Rosser, John Rosser, Dylan Rosser, Dustin Rosser, Jerry Mullins and Eric Spencer.
