Verna Mae Aagregard Smith, 66, of Biloxi, died Friday, August 21, 1992, in Biloxi.

Ms. Smith was a native of Biloxi and a member of Nativity BVM Cathedral in Biloxi.

She was preceded in death by a son Stephen Craig Smith.

Survivors include three daughters, Christie Ann Mintz of New Orleans, La., Priscilla Margaret Kaplin of great Neck, NY., and Lucila Elena Madden of Vilseck, Germany; two sons, Barry Roland Smith of great Falls, VA., and Robert Scott Smith of New Orleans, LA.,; two sisters, Margaret Chevalier of Biloxi and Iris Ladnier of Sidell, La.; two brothers, Joseph Aagregaard and Roland Aagregard both of Biloxi; and 10 grandchildren.

A memorial Mass will be Monday at 1 pm at Nativity BVM Cathedral in Biloxi, with burial in the Biloxi City Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
