Funeral services for Mrs. H. L. Brumbalow were held on Thanksgiving Day at the Sugar Creek Baptist Church. The Rev. Bill Cagle conducted the service.
Mrs. Brumbalow, 85, died in Fort Gaines, on Nov. 27. She is survived by five children, Dewey Brumbalow, of Fort Gaines, Turner Brumbalow, Mrs. Cullen Massey of Madison, Carl Brumbalow of Covington, and Horace Brumbalow of Gainesville; two grandchildren, Rachel and Judy K. Massey, and a brother Joe Williams of Social Circle.
She was the former Emma Adeline Turner and was the widow of Rev. Leonard Brumbalow.
Pall bearers included: Cecil Craig, Otis Penticost, James Prickett, Fox Shepherd, Luther Rice, and Clayton Bumgarner.
Interment was in the Madison City Cemetery.
