Clyde H. Barker, 85, of West Memphis, former chief of police in Jonesboro, AR., and retired Juvenile Court judge in Marion, AR., died of cancer Sunday, Feb. 15, 1994, at Crittenden Memorial Hospital in Marion. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Trinity Baptist Church in West Memphis, where he was a member, with burial in Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion. Roller-Citizens Funeral Home has charge. He was a Mason, a Knight Templar and a member of the Lions Club. Mr. Barker, the husband of Fay Barker, also leaves a son, Rex Barker of Fayetteville, TN.; three sisters, Opal Martin of Keiser, AR., Christine Picker of West Palm Beach, FL., and Geraldine Lutrell of Memphis, two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
