Julia was born on June 16, 1920, in Youngstown, a daughter of Dominic Barbone and Louise Chieffo Barbone Sarno.
She was employed at the Ravenna Arsenal during World War II, Republic Rubber, Assumption Nursing Home and throughout her employment, she was an impeccable homemaker.
She enjoyed baking, cooking for family and friends and games of chance. She was a member of the church and ITAM Post 3 Auxiliary.
She is survived by two sons, David C. Pecchio and Daniel J. Pecchio Jr.; two brothers, Carmen Barbone and Dominic Sarno; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Daniel J. Pecchio, whom she married June 24, 1950, and who died Jan. 22, 2004.
Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
