Stanley ~ Billy Joe "Pat" Patterson, passed away February 11, 2013 at his residence with Gaston Hospice.
A native of Gaston County, he was the late Johnny Jerome and Gertrude Marie Skidmore Patterson.
Pat was a member of Community Baptist Church, a charter member of Community Volunteer Fire Department and a member of the North Belmont ROMEO's "Retired Old Men Eating Out".
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Walls Patterson; and son, Jimmy Patterson.
A funeral service will be held at 2pm Thursday at Community Baptist Church in Dallas with Rev. Matt Seagle officiating.
Burial will be at Hillcrest Gardens.
