Born in Scott County, June 10, 1953, he was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lucille Boutwell; his wife, Ronda Joyce Boutwell; one daughter, Angelia Micheal; and two brothers, David and Alen Boutwell.
He was of the Catholic faith.
He is survived by one son, Jonathon Thomas (J.T.) Boutwell of Winfield; one sister, Kathy Lynn Massengale of Knoxville; one sister-in-law, Linda Boutwell of Oneida; nieces: Melinda Maes of Nashville, Patricia Freels and husband, Jamie, of Winfield, Becky Potter of Fla., and Kristy and Amy Massengale, both of Knoxville; nephews: John Boutwell and wife, Natosha, of Oneida, Anthony Boutwell of Oneida, and John David Boutwell of Fla.; and many other relatives.
Interment in Hazel Valley Cemetery in Oneida.
