DAVENPORT - Funeral services and a Mass of Resurrection for Donna L. McGrath, a resident of Davenport, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Davenport. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Davenport. Visitation is 2-6 p.m. Monday at Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport. The family invites you to join them for a Rosary at 5:30 p.m.

Donna Lorraine Ide was born Aug. 24, 1937, in Davenport, a daughter of Rollo and Evelyn (Henley) Ide. She married Patrick McGrath on Dec. 28, 1957, in Davenport. She graduated from the former Davenport High School, class of 1955. Donna started her medical career and had worked for doctors Green and Kucharo for 16 years. She retired in 1993 after eight years at the Buffalo Family Medical Center. She also served as treasurer of Birthright of Davenport Inc. Memorials may be made to Holy Family Church, St. Anthony's Care & Share, Birthright of Davenport Inc. or Hospice VNA. Survivors include her husband, Pat; a daughter and son-in-law, Sandi and Greg Hansen, Davenport; a son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Sandy McGrath, Marshall, Mo.; grandchildren, Megan, Ben and Helena Hansen, and Mallory, Lauren, and Zachary McGrath; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathy and Bill Stenger, Davenport, and Marilyn and Harry Partin, Durham, N.C.; a brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Bev Ide, Moline; and many nieces and nephews. Her parents and an infant daughter, Kathleen Joanne McGrath, preceded her in death. May they rest in peace.
