The funeral was held at the First Christian Church with the Revs. George Pevey and Leo Weaver officiating with burial in the Screen County Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Glisson, a native of Burke County, had been co-operator of Screven Machine & Tank. She had lived in Screven County since 1945 and was a member of the First Christian Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Miriam Bohannon, Sylvania; four sisters, Wylena Belles, Sylvania, Juanita Royal, Augusta, Sadie L. Shields, Anderson, SC, and Joyce Blomstrom, West Palm Beach, FL; a brother, Q. Gordon Oliver, West Palm Beach, FL; and three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
