Surviving are his wife, Kate (Keegan) Malark; five daughters, Kathleen, Albany; Irene, Plattsburgh; Mrs. Rita S., Buffalo; Mrs. Stella Corcorin, San Antonio, Texas; Mary, Massena; seven sons, Patrick Jr., Ellenburg Center; Edward, Ellenburg; Daniel, Massena; Donald, DePao; Douglas and Maurice, Buffalo; Alfred, Massena; four brothers, James, Rochester; Daniel, Plattsburgh; William, Ellenburg; and Michael, Saranac Lake, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Thursday morning at St. Edmund's Church, Ellenburg and interment in the parish cemetery.
