Born in Union on March 19, 1903, a daughter of the late James Stewart Blakely and Victoria (Burgess) Blakely.
A member of Ottaray Baptist Church, she was retired from Milliken & Co., Ottaray Plant after 58 years service and was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Surviving are four daughters and sons-in-law, Gladys K. Vaughan, Lillie K. Gregory (William), Claudette K. Knox (Bobby), and Vera K. Henderson (Harold), all of Union; a granddaughter reared in the home, Cynthia K. Valencia (Bob) of Dallas, TX; two sons and a daughter-inlaw, James L. Keisler and Warren V. (Vel Dee) Keisler (Nancy), all of Union; grandchildren, Pamela V. Gilstrap, Rebecca V. Long, Mary Lee Buttner, Beverly L. Tucker, William Michael Hawkins, Charlotte K. Adams, Joseph D. Henderson, Linda K. Wages, Terresa K. Cook, Beth K. Comer and Norma K. Gagle; 23 greatgrandchildren and 8 greatgreat-grandchildren; and a special nephew, Bobby Blakely and wife Joyce of Columbia.
Mrs. Keisler was predeceased by two daughters and a son, Annie Belle Keisler, Mary K. Laws and John Norman Keisler Jr.
Burial was in Rosemont Cemetery.
