Mrs. Gertrude Strand

EVELETH - Mrs. Gertrude Strand, 73, Eveleth, and formerly of Aurora, died Tuesday en-route to the Eveleth Fitzgerald Community Hospital.

Mrs. Strand was born February 6, 1903, in N.D.

Survivors include one son, Charles W. of Embarrass and three grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl in 1956; six brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday at the Assembly of God Church, in Aurora. Rev. John Olson of the Babbitt Assembly of God Church will officiate. Private interment will take place in the Forest Hill Cemetery, in Aurora. Pallbearers selected to serve at the funeral rites will be Morris Breed, William Kolvisto, Theodore Thompson and Bruce VonWald.

Visitation will start at 1 p.m. Friday and will continue until the time of the service at the church.

The Moeglein-Ziemer Funeral Home of Aurora are in charge of arrangements.

The family prefers memorials to the Aurora Assembly of God Church.
