Funeral services for Charles Darvin Morrison, who died at his residence, 265 N. Hill St., Tuesday afternoon from a heart attack, will be held Friday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock from the chapel of the Jones Funeral Home.
The Rev. D.M. Peterson, pastor of First Church of Christ, will conduct the services. Burial will be in the Globe Cemetery.
Born in Hamilton county, Texas, Jan. 31, 1882, he has been a resident of Glob for 20 years. He was employed by the W.A. Bechtel Co. until two months ago when he was taken ill.
He is survived by his wife, Linnie, Globe; two daughters, Mrs. Sarah Teel, Phoenix, and Mrs. Edna Phelan, Globe; one son, Charles Morrison, Globe; also a brother, Albert, Overton, Texas; a sister, Mrs. G.G. Killion, Santa Maria, Texas. A niece, Mrs. Ann Neill, Clint, Texas, will be here to attend the services.
