Charles Augustus "Charlie" Lamson Jr is the son of Charles Augustus Lamson and Mary Elizabeth Fisher. Charles married (1st) Grace Ann Worcester on September 20, 1902 in Jonesport, Maine. Charles was a machine operator at the William H. Underwood sardine factory. Charles and Grace had two daughters. Following Grace's death, Charles married Elvena Amber "Vena" (Crowley) Handspiker on June 16, 1950 in Jonesport, Maine as her third husband. Charles and Elvena had no children. Charles was 5'-5" tall, with light brown hair and hazel eyes. Charles was a member of Redmen, Knights of Pythias, Grange, and played a banjo and drums in the Jonesport Band. Charles was a member of the R.L.D.S. Church.
