Eloise Carroll Skinner, a longtime resident of Dallas, passed away on January 22, 2015. she was born on December 2, 1920 in Cleburne, Texas to the late Abner Franklin Carroll and Winnie Griffin Carroll.
Eloise belonged to the First Baptist church in Dallas, where she taught Sunday School for many years. she was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, C.B. Skinner, her sister, Mary Helen Carroll Kemp.
She is survived by her stepson, Charles Skinner (Joan); stepdaughter, Sandra Skinner Fish (Dale); three nephews, Charles Kemp (Leslie), Tom Kemp (deceased 1-28-2015) and John Kemp (Franchesca); 4 grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter, a great nephew and great niece.
