She was born Dec. 23, 1933 in Princeton, Ill., to Lloyd and Erma (Brutcher) Rocke.
She is survived by three daughters, Sherri Lu Shon (Delmar) Gunden King and Carla Gunden, both of Goshen, and Marla (Dennis) Peak, of Edwardsburg, Mich.; two sons, Kent Gunden, of Goshen and Dennis (Kimberly) Gunden, of Edwardsburg, Mich.; seven grandchildren, Joseph and Lauren King, Christopher and Elizabeth Gunden and Nathan, Anthony and Lindsey Peak; three great-grandchildren, Kade and Brielle Peak and Gabrielle Gunden; and a brother, Vern (Barbara) Rocke, of Fredricksburg, Va.
A member of Belmont Mennonite Church, Ms. Gunden retired from Mennonite Mutual Aid. She volunteered at Goshen General Hospital and had served as a board member for Mennonite Disabilities Committee.
Friends may call 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, February 8, 2013, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
An 11 a.m., Saturday memorial service will be conducted at Belmont Mennonite Church. Pastors Larry Rohrer, Mandy Yoder and Russell Jensen will officiate.
Cremation will take place and there will be a private family burial at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
Memorial contributions may be given to Mennonite Disabilities Committee or Belmont Mennonite Church.
