Annell Tansil Bennett, 76, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, at Williamson Medical Center. Mrs. Bennett was a Franklin resident and a homemaker. Survivors include two sons, Johnny Howell of Camden and Steve Bennett of Fairview; three daughters, Betty C. Green of Fairview, Lila Caldwell of Clifton and Shelia Crutcher of Franklin; four brothers, Mack Tansil of Ashland City, Tom Tansil of Franklin, Ricky Tansil of Columbia and Danny Carl of Nashville; two sisters, Frances Green of Triune and Tennie Bee Beard of Franklin; 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 8, at 10 a.m., at Franklin Memorial Chapel with Martin Lemon officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Corey Green, Johnathon Harper, Josh Bennett, Spencer Bennett, Ricky Headley and Anthony Green. Visitation will be today, Dec. 7, from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Franklin Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements. The Review Appeal (Franklin, Tenn.) 12/7/01
