Alphia M. (Davis) Allphin died Feb. 12, 1994, at Trinity Manor, Dodge City, KS. She was born at Elkton, VA the daughter of David M. Davis and Louise Hornsbarger. She was a graduate of Pawnee High School. A Dodge City resident since 1927, she was the former owner of the Golden Cue of Dodge City, KS. She was a member of First Christian Church, Women of the Moose and the American Legion Auxiliary all of Dodge City, KS. On Nov.12,1926, she married Carl R. Allphin at Kinsley, KS. He died July12,1982. Survivors include two daughters, Billie Hawkins of Dodge City, KS and Gerry Mason of Wichita, KS; 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren and a great-great granddaughter. Services were held at Swaim Funeral Home with Larry William presiding. Memorials to the church
