Walter T. Moryl, 65, of 9463 Horseshoe Island Road, Clay, died Thursday at Oswego Hospital.
A native of Fulton, Mr. Moryl had been a resident of Clay for 25 years. He retired several years ago from the Syracuse Developmental Center.
Mr. Moryl was a communicant of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Fulton. An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of the VFW Post 5540 in Phoenix. He also was a member of the Polish Educational Society of Fulton.
Surviving are two sisters, Jane M. Hart of Fulton and Savera Dlugozima of Minetto; two brothers, Ralph and Stephen, both of Fulton; and six nephews.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Monday at the Young & Son Funeral Home and at 9:30 a.m. in St. Michael's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Fulton, where military rites will be conducted.
