Verna Lee Moore Foster, 76, passed away Feb. 8, 2005 at Marmet Nursing Home, Marmet, W.Va.

She graduated from East Bank High School. A life long resident of Dawes. Verna was the founder of the Foster-Moore Reunion for 25 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ethel Moore; husband:Glen Foster, a son: Jimmy Lee Foster, daughter-in-law: Johanna Foster, sister: Irene Linville, and brother, Lester Moore.

She is survived by son, Eddie Wayne Foster of Charleston: daughters, and son-in-law , Kay and Eddie Cooper and Rita and Carl Arthur of Dawes: and grandchildren, Tracy Cooper, Buddy and Jason Arthur and Glen and Johnathan Foster.

The family would like to thank the caregivers of Marmet Nursing Home for all their love and care.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 11, 2005 at the Foster Cemetery on Dawes Hill.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Pryor Funeral Home.

The family will accept donations to Pryor Funeral Home for help with the funeral expenses.
