John Orbra Allen, 100, a native of Trigg County, died at 11 pm Tuesday at Pembroke Medco Center in Christian County.
He was a retired farmer and member of Boyd Hill Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Lloyd Allen of Christian County; a daughter, Addie Carr of Cadiz; a brother, J A Allen of Sellersburg, Ind.; nine grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 pm Thursday at Goodwin Funeral Home. The Rev. Nacy Sanders will officiate. Burial will be in House Cemetery.
His wife, Mrs. Ollie Gertrude Taylor Allen, preceded him in death in 1951.
