Joe Amezcua, age 58, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 26, 2010. He was born in Santa Ana, Calif. on July 12, 1952, the son of Salvador Amezcua and Altagracia Ceja (Amezcua).
He loved to camp and to fish. Joe also loved spending time with his family and friends, always helping them out when he could.
Joe Amezcua leaves behind in loving memory his mother, Altagracia Amezcua of Miami, Ariz.; brothers, Salvador Amezcua, Jr., Jesse Amezcua, Ben Amezcua and Noel Amezcua; and sisters, Teri Dimas and Connie Luna.
Joe was preceded in death by his sons, Tony Joseph Amezcua and Joedy Martin Amezcua; father Salvador Amezcua, Sr.; and brothers Roger Amezcua and Ignacio Amezcua.
Rosary will be on Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, 844 W. Sullivan St., Miami, Ariz.
Memorial Mass will be Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011, at 10 a.m. also at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament.
Funeral arrangements for Joe Amezcua were handled by Miles Funeral Services Miami.
