Alonzo Leon Loechner was born December 20, 1919, the son of Leon and Emma (Haug) Loechner, in Ludell, Kansas. He passed away February 1, 1983 in the Veteran Hospital in Amarillo, Texas where they were residing.
He served four years in the Army during WWII (1942-1946). He worked as a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus 7573.
He enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his family.
He married Lucillle Elizabeth Morton in July of 1946 who along with their four sons, spouses and five grandchildren survive him.
Others who survive him are two brothers, Lloyd of Pueblo, Colorado and Leslie, of Ludell, Kansas; two sisters, Maxine Whiting of Woodland, California and Elain Giles of Choctaw, Oklahoma.
Buril is at Mount Calvery Cemetery.
