On October 29, 1920 she married William Ellis Bentley in Ida Grove, IA. He died in 1976. Their children were: Dorothy Mae, Mildred Grace, and Sam Bentley.
He husband was an Assembly of God minister. They served in churches in Iowa and Missouri. They retired in 1968 and moved to Chillicothe in 1970.
She was blessed with 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
