EAGLE SPRINGS — George Shelton Williams, 90, of 14695 N.C. 24-27, died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007, in UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill.
Mr. Williams was an Army veteran of World War II and was retired from the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
Services: Funeral, 2 p.m. Friday in Pleasant View Friends Church. Burial with military honors in church cemetery.
Visitation: 7 to 9 tonight at Kennedy Funeral Home in Robbins.
Survived by: Wife, Helen; sisters, Edna Morgan and Hazel Brown; and many nieces and nephews.
