MRS. ETTA ISBELL MITCHELL, 84, died Friday morning at her home in Martin following a heart attack.
She was born at Mize, a daughter of the late Charlie and Lizzie Dickson Isbell and had lived in Stephens and Franklin Counties most of her life.
She was the widow of H. T. Mitchell and was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church. She was an honorary member of the Martin Woman's Club.
Survivors include two daughters, Miss Sarah Mitchell and Miss Clarice Mitchell both of the home; a sister, Mrs. L. F. Taylor of Orlando, FL and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 P.M. Sunday from the Martin Baptist Church with Rev. Marvin Willis and Rev. H. E. Doud officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Hill Bapt. Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Doyle Land, Floyd Stowe, John Goodwin, Elmer Freeman, Kell Mitchell and Mose Thomas.
