Adam A. Berkebile, age 78, a retired farmer, died at the home of his son, Cyrus C. Berkebile, near Stoystown. His death was due to general debility. He had been in poor health since the death of his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth (Ober) Berkebile, who died last February. Mr. Berkebile is survived by five children: A. C. Berkebile and Calvin T. Berkebile, both residing at Hooversvllle; Cyrus C Berkebile, .mentioned above; Mrs. L. J. Horner, of Sheldon, la., and Mrs. Albert Hoffman, of Hooversville. He also is survived by one brother, Irvin Berkebile, of Goshen, Ind.
