Mrs. Emma Williams Wood, 84, of 170 West Ave., Owego, died yesterday at her home. She was the widow of Samuel H. Wood.
She was born on October 8, 1878, in South Owego, the daughter of Wright and Wealthy (Chapman) Williams.
She is survived by a daughter, Miss Helen Wood of Owego; a son, Clarence W. Wood of Owego; three brothers, Lyman Williams of Union Center, Benjamin F. and Gordon O. Williams, both of Owego; also several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Estey & Munroe Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego this evening from 7 to 9 p.m.
