Eunice was the daughter of Charles Royal "Roy" and Margaret Eunice Sanders Richmond. They preceded her in death.
Eunice was a home economics teacher, worked for the Home Extension Service and retired from the state of Illinois as a senior citizen ombudsman.
She was a member of the Peoria County Farm Bureau, Rock Island Trail Homeowner's Association and served for many years as Radnor Township clerk.
Graveside services will be at Prospect Cemetery in Dunlap.
