Mr. Boyd was employed as a baker at the City Bakery in Wellington at the time of his death. Funeral services were held on the afternoon of September 25 from the home, conducted by C. R. Joyner.
Relatives surviving are his wife, a daughter Mrs. Agnes F. Perry of Wellington, a son Gene Boyd of Wellington; two brothers who are John Boyd of Los Angeles and Will Boyd of Campaign, IL, two sisters who are Mrs. Sue Hamilton of Chillicothe, Mo, and Mrs. Lou Folley of Gibson City, IL.
