Christina Fluck was born 1738 in Germany, and the daughter of Anna Maria Dui and Johannes Fluck, and granddaughter of John Conrad Dui and Maria Dui . Christina was the wife of Simmon Schmig.

Christina's father Johannes (Flug) Fluck, born in 1700, took oath of allegiance in the Port of Philadelphia on Oct. 20, 1744. He had been a passenger on the ship "Phoenix" under the command of William Wilson, Captain, which had sailed from Rotterdam, Holland and Cowes, England. He moved into Bucks County, Pa. and settled in Rockhill Twp, (Hilltown Twp). where he died in 1777. (T: At this time this was part of Chester Co.) Johannes and his wife Anna Mary Dui are interred in Tohicken Union Church Cemetary in Bucks Co. Pa. Johannes wrote his last will January 25, 1771 and it was probated April 10, 1771 in the Phildelphia Courthouse.
