COOS BAY, Ore. -- Clarice Lutrell Wood, 85, of Coos Bay, Ore., died Thursday at Bay Area Hospital at Coos Bay.
She was born Feb. 8, 1919, at Rison, Ark., a daughter of the late Chester Hudson and Anna Mae Word Hudson.
She was reared and received her early education at Grapevine, Ark.
She worked in various capacities in the restaurant business.
She was a member of the Church of Christ at North Bend, Ore.
She was a former member of the Culinary Workers of America.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Milton Lutrell; three brothers and a sister.
Survivors include two daughters, Joleta Kellum of Grapevine and Betty Meyer of Coos Bay; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Shady Grove Cemetery with Lanis Lindsey officiating. Arrangements are by Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Directors at Pine Bluff.
