His family long preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife Shirley (Isaacs) Hisle, son Barry Hisle and his wife Lynn Hisle, granddaughters Kenna (Hisle) Calhoun and Kalin (Hisle) George and several nieces and nephews. Delroy cherished time spent with his granddaughters while watching them reach young adulthood. He relished the gift of life, seeking its best value, completing many educations studies in nearly 30 years of retirement from IBM. Delroy was a veteran of the Korean War. He was quite pleased with having worked 2 years for Mason Hanger Engineering of NY city, a Gideon member for 25 years and a Sunday school teacher for 25 years. He enjoyed writing about three hours a day producing over 25,000 pages of hand written script. Delory's wish is that everyone's courage, hope, strength and good cheer always be equal to their needs as they continue on.
