Ruby M. Phillips passed away at the age of 89. She had lived in Las Vegas since 1979, coming from Reno, NV. She had worked as a legal secretary for the Bureau of Land Management.
Ruby was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Daughters of the Nile, a past worthy matron of the grand representative and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Reno. She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis Phillips Swain of Las Vegas and Maye Phillips Bradbury of Sacramento, Ca; brother, Ben Wyly of El Cajon, CA; five grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren.
