Mrs. Evers, 66, Dies
Mrs. Genevieve Evers, 66, Pontiac route 3, died at St. James Hospital at 4:15 p.m. Sunday after a long illness.
Her body was taken to the Raleigh J. Harris Funeral Home. Arrangements are incomplete.
Mrs. Evers was born Sept 16, 1902 in Topeka, Kan., a daughter of Cyle and Caroline Moore. She was married to John Weber in Chicago. Later on Nov. 27, 1951 she was married to Edward Evers, also in Chicago. He died June 7, 1969.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Patricia Jones, Cornell; Mrs. Catherine Jessup, Hinsdale, and Mrs. Mary Patricks, Chicago; three sons, Joseph Weber, McHenry; Clarence Weber, Chicago, and Richard Weber, Milwaukee, Wis., and 21 grandchildren.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Born and named - Alice Jeannetine (Genevieve) Moore
She was the 2nd daughter born to Kyle B. and Carrie (Templin) Moore.
She was baptised on August 10th, 1905 by Father O.E. Degan of the Assumption Church in Topeka, KS. and sponsored by Florentia Maria Lane.
Upon the death of her parents she was sent to The Leavenworth Kansas Orphanage - where she remained until the age of abt 17 or 18 yrs old .
