Mrs. Elizabeth Haskins Richards Bicknell, widow of the late Judge George A. Bicknell and mother of Rear Admiral George A. Bicknell, United States Navy, retired, of this city, died this morning at 3 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Martha B. Mahon, 1329 Corcoran street, Washington, D.C., where she had lived since the death of her husband eighteen years ago. . . Mrs. Bicknell was ninety-three years old and besides Mrs. Mahon and Rear Admiral Bicknell leaves two other children, Mrs. Emma B. Love, of Atlanta, Ga., and the Rev. Jesse R. Bicknell, rector of St. Anthony's Episcopal church at Washington, D.C. - New Albany Evening Tribune 30 Jun 1909
