R. W. Strayhorn Passes Away In Hospital
      Robert Wilson Strayhorn, 72, resident of Collin County for 20 years, died early Monday in Collin Memorial Hospital. He resided on Route 5, McKinney.
      He was horn March 2, 1890 in Searcy, Ark., coming to Texas 69 years ago. He married Ada Scarbrough February 14, 1910. She preceded him in death in 1930.
      Survivors are a son, Bedford Strayhorn of McKinney; four daughters, Mrs. Barney McBride, McKinney; Mrs. T. J. Glenn Sr. and Mrs. David McCormick of Greenville; Mrs. N. T. Hill, Muldrow, Okla.; brother, George Strayhorn, Austin; Clarence Strayhorn of South Sulphur, Texas; 22 grand children and nine great-grandchildren.
      Funeral arrangements are pending with Harris-Horn Funeral Chapel. Services will be held in the chapel with burial in Princeton Cemetery officiating ministers are Revs. Bob Collinsworth and T. J. Oneal.
