Funeral services for Mrs. Jessie Anderson will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. James Sain officiating. Burial will be in Lawn Haven Cemetery under the direction of Steed-Told Funeral Home.
Mrs. Anderson, 81, died early Saturday at Memorial Hospital.
Her survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Luella Southward and Mrs. Ruby Jones, both of Clovis; one son, Vernon Anderson of Lindsay, Calif.; eight grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
Mrs. Anderson settled in the Melrose area in 1937 and moved to Clovis 15 years ago. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.
Grandsons to serve as pallbearers will be Glenn D. and Jerry G. Cook, Vernon and Eldon Jones, Talmadge Pruett, and Dwayne, Terry and Virgil Anerson. Mr. Anderson's great-grandchildren are honorary pallbearers.
