Christina Anderson Howell was born January 1, 1862 in Hyrum, Cache County, Utah Territory to Christian and Hedvig Kristine (Charistianna) Sorensen. Christina was married to John Buchanan Howell and moved with him to Idaho where she spent her life on their ranch at Chilly in Custer County. who died in 1926. Christina Anderson Howell died in 1935 and is buried at the Chilly Cemetery in Custer County Idaho.
